You could try the website of any major bank. Including the word 'loan' in a question is guaranteed to generate responses from scammers that Yahoo has not kicked off yet. They have programs that search for such questions and automatically post 'answers'.

Go to www.prosper.com There you will join the organization. Then you will post what you want the money for and list the amount of interest you think appropriate. People will bid on your loan. Go to the site and check it out. There is a tutorial on the site that will help you get started.
