how many times do i need to restart my game to catch a shiny heatrun?

1 out of 8912 times to have a chance to seeing a shiny heatran. That doesn't mean after 8911 times, the next one will be a shiny.

It's a 1 in 8192 chance to be shiny each time you fight him, so there is no specific number of times, but on average it will be once every 8192.
