With wanting to watch evil people die a long horrible death, Morgues, Graveyards and Autopsys.
But I don't think death is morbid it's a part of life.

.I am fascinated by death. More by the decomposing aspect of it all. Not sure why. But when I was younger I was fascinated by anything to do with aliens, UFOs and other planets.
I remember once when I about 8. I was ill and stayed home from school and looked into the TV guide for something to watch during the day. I was elated to find a show called, "another world". Bastards!!! Its was a stupid soapy. I was soooo disappointed.
Don't know why I remember that. Its funny

Yes I do. I believe Morbid Fascination is natural... I believe we are all fascinated in some form...But few are willing to admit it.
There is much to be learned....death is all around us...there is no escape....that is for sure! I am fascinated by many, many things.

morbid fascination is built into ALL humans, even those who say they don't have it. Just think, everybody slows down and stares at an accident, people can't tear themselves away from bear attacks, and everybody has watched Paris Hilton's fiasco unfold.

Serial killers became a "hobby" when a famous initialed serial killer was active in my town. The captain at my fire station became a person of interest when he picked up a payphone right after the killer had laid it down. He found a dispatcher on the line. "Anne, is that you?" he asked when he heard her voice. "Wayne, look around. Do you see anyone that just used that phone?"
Long tale chopped short, the police set up shop in our fire station hoping to catch the guy since he operated in the area. It was as addicting as Y/A to watch them work their investigation.
After 25 years, they did catch him. He is now serving 9 consecutive life sentences. That ought to be long enough.
