We think the idea of renting an apartment for now would be a great situation.
Is that worded right or do I just say
We think renting an apartment for now would be a great situation.
or
An apartment to rent for now would be a great situation.
Are any of those written correctly, let me know or just revise it so it's in right syntax/grammar, thanks

I definitley want to keep the word situation. how about this
I think the ideal situation for us right now would be renting a condo.

would "I think" in the sentence be ok in syntax and grammar?

At present, renting a condo is ideal for our situation.

or

We are confident that renting a condo (apartment) is ideal for our present situation.

Don't use words like "We think." They are too passive. "We are confident" is self-explanatory; it shows you know for a fact what you want.

Good luck =)

I would substitute the word 'great' with 'ideal' and say, "The ideal situation for us right now would be renting an apartment."

eliminate "a great situation".

We think the best solution would be to rent an apartment for the time being.

"We think renting an apartment for now would be a great situation" is okay; "We think renting an apartment for now would be a great idea" and "We think the idea of renting an apartment for now is great" are fine as well.
