I have a bunch of big red spots (blemishes) on my face, which is what makes my acne look so bad. I know that its easier to get rid of when you are trying to get away whiteheads.. So what can I put on my face (Store bought or home remedy) to get my blemishes to come to the surface and form whiteheads?

rubbing alcohol should bring it to a head within a day or so (but don't pick them) big no no it will cause more blemishes by spreading the oil when you pick them

You can get your pimple to form a head by leaving bacon fat on the blemish for a few hours or overnight.

I suggest that you try to treat the underlying causes of your acne, though, instead of making your goal the transform the red spots into whiteheads.

actually, warm moist heat helps a lot. It draws them to a head. Also, use a facial cleansing pad after you wash with soap and water. If you have a really bad problem with acne, there are prescrition meds that will help. Otherwise, accept that it will pass with time.

Try Proactive. havent you seen those commercials?
they can get rid of anything. oh and just go to the local store or whatever to find an acne face cleanser face wash or something. its not that hard.
