I have the same pain it is some German name it usually occurs right in the middle of your cycle before you get your period. Once you get it one time you usually get it every time. You can't do anything for it no pain medicine will work my doctor told me that you just have to live with it. Mine just started as well and hurts like hell just to go to the bathroom or put pants on. I'm the same age as you and i've seen my doctor about it. He told me if it doesn't occur in the middle of your cycle or if it doesn't go away in a couple of days then it's something to worry about.

Why in the world would you not go to the Doctor for fear they would tell you that you are having BAD CRAMPS. You already know that.!!!!!!!!
I went through this from 13 to 37, GET TO A GYNECOLOGIST NOW. ASAP
You could have a cyst on an ovary and or ENDOMETRIOSIS. Take two Ibuprofen as it works on inflammation and swelling, that might help some. But take them as directed and not occasionally.
Get to the Ob GYN promptly. You definitly have something going on that needs to be looked at.
Try a heating pad or ice packs on your abdomon or low back which ever hurts worst. I used to do deep knee bends to take my mind off of the pain. My mother gave me Hot toddys to help relax and kill the pain.
Good Luck.

Please listen to your mom. You really need to see a dr about this cramping you are having because it is not normal. As for the dr if the one dr doesn't believe you then she will take you to another and another til they find one that can help you to figure out what is causing this cramping to be so bad.
I have really bad cramping with my periods and the result of what was causing it for me was endometriosis. I've been dealing with this for 10 years but started having problems with my periods right when I was your age. I am now 35 years old and have to continuously keep an eye on my endometriosis to see how it reacts whenever it starts to cause more problems and then tell my dr when it happens.

i would go to your doc to get it checked out right away. it's could be an ovarian cyst or middlesmirtz (don't quote me on the spelling) it's cramping that some women get in the middle of their cycle usually around the time they are ovulating. another option is a uti but u didn't mention any urinary symptoms so i doubt that is what it is. hope that helps some. if you talk to your doc they may want to put you on the pill to try to help with the painful cramps. it could be something totally dif. too i really would go to the doc and just get it checked out.

It is bad cramps. Same thing happens to me EVERY month, and has happened every month for the last 8yrs (since i got my period). I saw my doctor cuz nothing worked for me. I tried every trick in the book, everything! My doctor put me on birth control, it sorta helps. But, I would definately see a doctor.

How long ago did you feel those pains? Did they ever go away? If you ever have a question with your body, you should always see a doctor. If you have these issues as an older woman, its a definate sign of problems. Just go, and get your peace of mind.

GO to the doctor girl! It sounds like you have cysts(s) on your ovaries. Common but painful! You have to go get looked at though, don't ignore it!

You NEED to see a doctor. This is NOT a matter to "debate". The SOONER you go, the sooner you'll feel better. It's really just that simple. Good luck.
