No! Its seems everything is done electronically. This is often done through e-mail, text messaging, instant messaging and so on. One wonders if anything has been lost through the uses of this new communication process. Due the fact, you do not even have to know proper spelling or grammar. The computer or what ever device you use will check it for you. Correcting virtually any mistakes you make either automatically or at your prompting. The greater Question would be. Has this new communication process made us smarter or dumber.
Peace!!! Love!!! Happiness to all!!!

I don't get as much as I used to. Now electronics have taken over most of communication. I get emails, texts, calls, and basically everything else other than regular mail. Really the only letters I get are invites(weddings, etc.) or presents from distant relatives.

I get a lot of paper letters, mostly organizations and charities begging me for money. Personal letters would be nice, but I think I get only one or two a year. I only get an e-mail worth saving once a month or so. Most of the rest is spam and chain mail.

Once in a great while I get a paper letter. Mostly just bills and junk mail though. It is so nice to get a REAL letter in the mail sometimes though. It is usually only for holidays or my birthday though.
Yeah, I would really like to get real letters more often. That would be nice.

I miss getting letters. I still have several I received from when I was a kid. My mom recently found some from my two grandfathers. She just got two back from my grandmother. My great grandmother wrote them to her when she was 13 and living in Germany. They were very interesting. I miss being able to go back and re-read letters. I remember being so excited to get a letter or a card from friends and relatives. It's becoming a lost art. Too bad! :(

No, not really. But I love sending them! It is so wonderful to get a handwritten letter (or card) from someone, so, even if I don't always get the favor returned, it's still nice to know that I gave someone else a pleasant surprise!

I still get paper letters from my grandparents. And write them paper letters. It only takes a few minutes to write them. And its nice to get regular mail.

I do think it would be cool to have a pen pal but alas, I never get letters in the mail. The most I get in the mail that is close to getting letters is cards.

I do still get paper letters - but they are all of the "pay up now or else" variety. So I tend to bin them.
