My 6-month anniversary is on July 6th, and I am going to pop the question, but I want something memorable, not the traditional dinner. I was thinking something like dancing, or maybe a bed and breakfast.

I think it would be very romantic to take your significant other to the place where you started going out and pop the quesiton. My boyfriend asked me out in a parking lot at a grocery store where we both worked. I would absolutely love to go back to the place where it all started, especially to celebrate something so wonderful as being engaged. Because of that place and that time we will together for three years in October. Now remember it has to be romantic as much as special. Play some love songs for her, if you two have a song, play it, it will make her melt. Also have flowers for her. Maybe after you propose to her, take her to a bed and breakfast to celebrate. Put rose petals on the bed and have chocolate trail the floor the the bathroom and have candles by the bath tub so that you two can take a romantic bubble bath.
