I am inclined to say that you should sing "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better" from Annie Get Your Gun. In my mind, the duet doesn't have to be a man and a woman, as long as the notes are still reachable.

Good Luck!

I'm not guaranteeing that all of these are comedic. (I'm getting recommendations from a friend as well.) It would be helpful if you provided ages and vocal ranges. Whatever you do, do NOT sing anything from 'Wicked'. It's WAY too overdone.

"Marry the Man Today" from 'Guys and Dolls'
"If Momma was Married" from 'Gypsy'
"Stepsisters' Lament" from 'Cinderella'
"Our Little World" from 'Into the Woods'
"Piano Lesson/If You Don't Mind Me Saying So" from 'The Music Man'

I'm sorry, but I can't think of any more right now. My brain is basically fried. Break a leg!
"Could You?" from 'Little Women'

Take Me or Leave Me - RENT
Pop! - The Wedding Singer
My New Philosophy - YAGM,CB
Mama, I'm a Big Girl, Now! - Hairspray
The Dark I Know Well - Spring Awakening (not funny, but very good)
Defying Gravity - Wicked (again, not funny, but very good).

Hope you find a song!
