Have you ever heard of the Diva Cup? My daughter found out about that almost two years ago and we have each used one ever since they are great. There are a couple of other brands that are almost the same as well. Most of my friends now use the cub and we all swear by it. When I was younger I used mostly tampons then switched to pads, but do not use either anymore.

Its the only thing I use. I despise feeling pads, its horrible. Tampons you cant feel, so its not so bad. Only time I wear pads is after I have a baby.

Only if you are a dancer, swimmer, or athlete. It is more comfortable than pads....yes, scary at first, but totally worth it. Swimming is the main thing for tampons...don't let your period stop you from doing everyday things.

Nobody has to use them. However, in order to go swimming you need one. I use them and they are no big deal. I like them a whole lot better than pads.

Other than that, its good to wear while working out or doing very physical things.
