Uh no not at all. But what does that have to do with karate chopping them. They are yummy though so i don't let myself think about how unhealthy they probably are. :P

NO...they have so much cream and fat..definatly not healthy.! and y does it matter if twinkies r healthy wen u wanna karate chop it!!!

Even though they may be one hundred calories, you will still crave more of them and most likely end up eating the entire package. I count calories, carbs does work however calories is a lifestyle eating change carb counting most likely will not stick. When counting your food and the calories or carbs in them you always must make sure never to get the foods that trigger your cravings even if those specific foods are low in calories or carbs.

What does that have to do with being healthy? If you karate-chop them you're not going to gain any weight-lol. They're definitely not healthy but they're too irresistible!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ones made before 1940 used banana cream in theme. I heard that they may bring those back. If they do, those would be healthier than just the cream filled ones.
