Every since i started this new job my period has been different. Im not sure if it's from the stress of not. But I used to get it every month for 7 days and it was normal now it's not. Last month i didn't get a period. Never took a prego test because I KNEW it wasn't that. Well now this month I've been on my period for a good 2 weeks and nothing has changed. I really wanted to go into the doctor and get on Birth Control but I'm just super scared.. MORE than I can explain. I'm 23 yrs old and I know I shouldn't be, but it's just a hard thing for me to deal with. Any suggestions?

If you haven't tested, how do you *KNOW* you're not pregnant? It could very well be a pregnancy. You should call your dr. and be checked out. Stress can also do it. Being under or overweight can also trigger abnormal periods. Excessive exercise, also. There are a number of things it *could* be, but you won't know until you see your dr.

You seem to making up for the one you missed.

Your Young, but you will find this is one of the Joys of
Being Female. Periods can frequently be irregular for no apparent reason.

Good Luck. Oh Yes, my suggestion, DEAL WITH IT. That is what we all do.

Women's bodies sync together, so if you just started a new job and are in close quarters with other women every day, it's probably your body trying to sync up. I know it sounds weird, but that's how it works.
