That's messed up. Accents that are all over the place don't tend to sound great.

it would be extremely sexy or really really terrible.
it also depends who's talking...
the German language is considered by (a lot of) Americans to be one of the ugliest and so is Japanese.
but the truth is, these languages can also be very seductive if spoken by the right people in the right situation (yelling,screaming, arguing, mainly wrong situations to listen to any language)
I've had the chance to listen to both languages by people of the native country and it is not as bad as most would assume.
