YESS.!. For Halloween a year ago I was a school girl an wore three inch heels around; i didn't even make it around the block it hurt soo bad. And I've worn them a lot before thatt. So i wouldn't recommend it, unless there under two inches.! Best of luckk.! (:

running type shoes are more than likely your best bet, but your feet can get too hot in them. I like wearing Earth Spirit sandals, VERY comfy for my feet. I just picked up a pair at walmart.

you think your feet are hurting? be thankful you were not the little girl last week who got her feet cut off!!! do your feet still hurt? or can you live with it in comparison?

I try to walk in any small shaded area if there is one, like the shadow of a hand rail, or shadow of a tree.

just wear comfortable shoes and socks, and when your feet start to hurt, go on a nice longer sitdown ride

Go to the six flags park in Kentucky,...there, you'll have a good chance of leaving with "No" feet!

i know they are ugly but from my experience Crocs are VERY comfortable!! Just for that type of thing.
