I was scrolling through the questions and when I saw this name, I stopped. I honestly think it is absolutely beautiful. Probably one of the best names I've heard in a long time. I think it's a wonderful choice :).

Very cute! Love the name Emma because it is so classic....be warned though...there are LOTS of Emma's out there! I teach kindergarten and in between the 3 sections of kindergarten at our school we had 8 Emma's last year!

Both are great names (in fact some of my fav. names ever!) But together like that they look a bit odd. I think it's becuz they are both short names.
Try either naming your child Emma (some other middle name) or Kate (some other middle name).
Some suggestions that go with both are:
Emma Marie
Kate Marie
Emma Michelle
Kate Michelle
Emma Isabella
Kate Isabella

I like the names separate. Together they just don't flow. I like Emma Rose or Emma Elizabeth. Also, Kate Layne and Kate Rene sound good.
