HSBC online savings account is pretty good - $1 to open, no monthly fees, 5.05% APY.
ING Direct is pretty decent when it comes to online checking - ~%5 APY.
GMAC Bank, AmTrust Direct, Emigrant Direct have high rates.

I like Wellsfargo more, since it is all nationwide and easy to find. They do charge for the $6.85 for payment services, but it usually only takes 2-3 days to deliver the payment, so it actually worth it, if you have a lot of bills to pay.
