Hmmm...good question. I live in an area which is predominantly black. Most of our friends are black, so I guess I would say that I would like to see what things are like from their point of view, just driving down the street, walking in to a store, fixing hair...doing anything. I have a feeling that as much as I love and know my friends it would still be a REAL eye-opener.
I'd also have to say that I don't think a day would be long enough, maybe not even a week...(I know that if someone traded places with me to see what being a stay-at-home mom was like, a week wouldn't be nearly enough time for them to get the REAL picture...)

I'd like to be tan, permanently. I look like a glass of milk. I'd wear shorts and dresses. Also, I know there are more hardships being another color, financial and violence. Not just one race violent to another but violence between the same race.

About once a week I turn into a black guy and go to a party because every party needs one (and only one) black guy!
