The chances of a complete arrow being found are slim. Even arrowheads are difficult.
Every tribe had a distinctive way of making their arrows/arrowheads - particularly in the shaping of the flint.
Check out the Smithsonian/American History or something similar.

If you are looking to buy a particular one, I'd be very cautious. Especially if it has a flint point. If the point is metal , then the shaft could conceivably be real. If it has a flint point, the shaft would not likely have survived several hundred years.

I am sure you can see examples on the Internet by searching for authentic Native American artifacts/ arrows
