1408 and I heard The Messengers was scary. The Ring was scary the first time I saw it but then it got retarded. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre was kind of average. Jaws, Nightmare on Elm Street, and the Exorcist were kinda stupid and funny. The special effects on those movies sucked! I wanna see Urban Legends, but never got the chance to actually get it.

back in the day at age 9 I was scared to death of Friday the 13th the original first one. I was so scared back then when we watched at my cousins house in 1983.The reason i was so scared is cause in the neighborhood she lived in back then had a few newly built homes so most of her neighborhood had no lights onthe street or homes around. It was very new subdidivision and at night it was totlal darkness on her street. So that night we watched that movie and I was scared as hell to get up in the middle of the night and walk tothe bathroom an my aunt kept her house dark. But now at age 32 that movie rather funny now, but as a kid that movie scared the heck out of me.

Boo movies can make me jump, but they don't really scare me. What scares me is a film about things that can really happen and go badly awry, like _Pacific Heights_.

_The Silence of the Lambs_ was chilling when I saw it for the first time, too.

The Exorcist! Oh my gosh- I had to hurry up and type that in before I thought too much about it! But when "Nightmare on Elm Street" first came out, I thought that was pretty scary.

I watch movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Saw, Hills Have Eyes, ect. and I get scared, but only temporarily because they are made up stories. But I saw only a slice of the Exorcist and that scared the living hell outa me..only because things like that have actually happened..
