The fool lost not only his pants but also the case and now owes the cleaners money. They offered him $12,000 and he turned it down!
He is a loser and what's worse he is a JUDGE!
I really have even less faith in the justice system if a judge files a crazy lawsuit.

I have lots of faith in the justice system because they found for the cleaners. It was a crazy lawsuit, yes, but there's tons of them out there. (I just read of one earlier today where a college student on a bicycle tried to get over train tracks before the train got there, didn't make it, and the parents are suing the engineer for not "anticipating someone crossing the tracks illegally". Is that odd, too, or what?) I hope the owners of the dry cleaners don't leave America like they said they might.

The judge who ruled against the pants guy has restored some of my faith in the justice system.
I think the pants guy is emotionally and mentally disturbed.

I don't think there is a pair of pants in this world that would cost what he was expecting to get. I'm so glad that judge was smart enough to tell him no. Gosh could you imagine if he had won his case??? What would this world be coming too? I'm glad he lost the case and he should be debarred for being so stupid.

I am from Washington, DC, and I have been following the story in the Post. He seems like a very disturbed individual. He is very bitter and angry at the world and I think he is dying for the attention. I think he could possibly lose it and go on a rampage. He has CRIED in court over the stupid pants!

I agree with you and I'm in Canada. I would like to think that such a frivolous suit wouldn't even make it to court here..but now a days...who knows. What a waste of time and resources..no wonder Paris is going home early. (lol)

Some people are just money hungry... So they tried to sue over the most stupidest things in the world...
