How many times did it take take to pass your driving test?

I passed on my third attempt.

passed my driving test first time

but rolled the car two weeks later, with son in
not my fault, had a metro & petrol was leaking out of petrol cap onto tyres,it was on a muddy road
quite scary but no one hurt luckfully as on a dangerous country road
driving 10 years now

I passed first time but my boyfriend who's quite simply the most intelligent person I know passed on the second attempt.

It's not how many times it takes you anyway, it's how you drive that makes you a good driver xx

It took me three attempts as well. I was too nervous on the first test, and then I made a stupid mistake on the second.....I didn't think I had passed the third one, and was amazed when the tester said I had!!!

Hanging my head in shame....it took me 5 goes but I was very ill at the time and shouldnt really have been driving. As a consolation though I passed on my 18th birthday so that was pretty special and also easy to remember.

Just once. The guy told me that although I passed, I needed to watch my speed cause in the real world I would get pulled over for going 41 in a 40 zone. Yeah right....lol

I passed first time, only through luck i think...

The route the tester took me on was the one that i had gone over a million times in my head the night before. Plus it was January so there was not much traffic around and it strted snowing so i think the tester wanted to go home.

Twice. When I was 16 and later when I was 43 because I had let my license expire. Both times I had to retake the test.

It took me about a years lessons, but I passed first time.
Passed in 1991, 16 years ago.
