Nope, and nope.
Keep in mind that the mother provides for the fetus's blood oxygen supply. This blood oxygen provides...well, oxygen, to the growing fetus. Without oxygen, cells begin to die.
What you're really dealing with is a matter of 10 minutes, at most, before what we would normally consider irreparable brain damage sets in.

Nope. A fetus's only chance to survival is when the is brain dead in a hospital so that the other body functions can be supported artificially. I think a few such cases have happened where a baby was born of a technically dead mother.
There is no other way, because as soon as the mother's heartbeat stops, the circulatory system of the fetus will come to a standstill too as the both are connected. So when the mother dies, at best the fetus has one or two minutes because it, too, will die.

You have to think about the conditions of the death of the mother. If the mother was in a stressful condition prior to her death, the body's natural "fight or flight" system takes control, and it may cause her to go into labor prematurely. If this is not the case, after death, there is no more oxygen transfer between (the placenta to the fetus) the mother's body and her unborn child and the unborn child will suffocate and die. The child will die in under an hour. If a caesarian can be performed on the deceased mother in a short manner of time the child can survive.

A fetus by definition is inside the mother. If her heart stops, then the child has maybe a couple of minutes if not less. Remember, the fetus recieves ALL of it's oxygen from the mother. Once she stops breathing and her heart stops pumping, the time the fetus can survive is measured in just a very few short minutes if not less.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

Depends on the age of the fetus. Baiscally, the mother is acting as their stomach, kidneys, and oxygen filtration system, and are connected by a bundle of arteries and veins as thick as your thumb, so they would also bleed out fairly quickly. I would only give a six or eight-month fetus ten or fifteen minutes at best.

Once the mother's blood stops circulating, the fetus has at best a minute or two, since no oxygen is now reaching the brain.

i don't think of everybody is bitching at you.....you basically could comprehend that what you asked is a frightening question. A fetuses entire existence relies upon on the food it gets in the womb. If it does not get adequate, it might desire to be underweight at beginning and in severe situations be mentally challenged. almost each and all the food the mummy takes is going directly to the fetus. If she stops ingesting the infant gets what she has in reserve till even that runs out. counting on how some distance alongside she is, the infant would desire to stay after she dies from hunger. Any woman worth her salt could think of with regard to the welfare of her baby till now she thinks approximately herself. God be with you

Only until her heart stops pumping oxygen. Fetus should die within several minutes of mother if not sooner.
