My daughter has a friend in preschool named Mary Beth and I think this is so adorable. I also know of people with names like Sara Grace and Beth Anne.

I agree this can be so cute. I have a little girl in my class now named Ava Grace and she is adorable. I also know a little girl named Kay-Rose and it suits her perfectly. We had a Claire-Rosa last year too as well as an Aggie Bea. :)

You can pretty much combine:
Mary with any middle name.
Any first name with Anne or Marie as the middle name.
I love Sarah and Grace together, it is a combination that was on our list but we chose another name for our daughter. However, one syllable middle names such as Grace and Rose are easy to say with the first name. In fact, our baby (third child, second daughter) will be Gwendalyn Rose, aka Wendy Rose. Other one syllable names that would work in this case are Beth and Lynn.
