Okay, I'm trying to interpret this: You got a patio after installing double French doors and want a nice view from your dining area?
If my understanding is correct, then I would suggest that you use potted plants around the patio to begin with and start working on landscaping as your budget will allow. I just put in 6 trees for $850.00 to improve our view. Will be adding more trees and landscaping over time to cover up neighbor's really ugly fence (installed after I put in patio doors).
