the net ionic equation is:

Fe( 3+) + 3 OH (-) --> Fe(OH)3

but the COMPLETE ionic reaction is:

Fe (3+) + 3 Cl (-) + 3 Na (+) + 3 OH (-) --> Fe(OH)3 (s) + 3 Na (+) + 3 Cl (-)
