Rental contract?

Just moved into a rental Saturday, today is Monday. The lease is for 12months, is there any rescission law in California where I can get out. I heard there is like 5 or 7 days for any type of contract in California???

Nope, not in law. You only have a right of recission if it's in your contract. If it's not there, you don't have one.
