yes all men have it when aroused and it can get your pregnant. i got pregnant that way. and i was on the pill

Most men that are stimulated have a precum.. he cannot control it or feel it half the time. And yes it can get you pregnant.. I'm 31 weeks from that :)

Yes. and 89% of pure sperm comes out during this time.. so..... thats just a little hint to throw out there if your not using anything. TRUST me. working in a doctors office. lol

Pretty much. It is called pre-ejaculate & it is made for lubrication for the most part, though it does/can have sperm in it.
