There isn't anywhere for "it" to hide. There is no feasible way it would not show up as a sac or embryo or something.You aren't pregnant in utero anyway. Why did they do an ultrasound, were you having abdominal pain ? Did they say it was possibly ectopic? That should have shown up on US in the tubes. What did your doctor say?

It depends upon how far along you are are. The baby could be implanted in a place that is hard for them to see..in a sense "hiding" I have heard of that happening and then a week later the dr's will see the baby. I hope that is the case with you. ((Hugs))

How far along are you? It is possible that it is too early for them to see anything. I had one at 5 1/2 wks saw nothing. Two weeks later we saw the baby. What did the doc say?

This happened to my relitive and many people I know. The baby on ultrasound too early can't be seen. Also there is know as seeing something and no heartbeat early too. It is probally just too early

theres nothing in there for it to hide behind. sounds like you arent pregnant sorry a baby can be seen as early as 4 weeks pregnant which is two weeks after conception

what did they say when they couldnt see it? theres nothing to hide behind with a sonagram.
If they didnt see it they would of told you what to do..
but we need to know what they said. they should of told you if it was possible or not.
Also, Tubal pregnancy is what they need to look for then..... they should of told you all of this
