I really love both of the names.
If I were you I would go with Andrew Brayden. It has a much better flow than Brayden Andrew.
But, if you were willing to skip Andrew as a Middle Name, I think that Brayden is a cuter and more original name.

I like Andrew Brayden better, but mostly because I really like the name Andrew and think it should come first. Brayden is becoming popular and trendy, so Andrew is definitely the best choice. Plus, this one flows better.
P.S. Call him Andrew, not Andy...
