.....That is a classic example of a Freudian slip. An unintended statement that has a sexual connotation, caused by a similarity in phrasing. Theoretically, it's triggered by something that's actually going on in his thought processes outside of his conscious awareness! You could have a laugh over it to check where he's coming from, but these kinds of word mistakes are common because of the similarities. Maybe he had been thinking of licking someone else! Interesting, isn't it?

Hahaha you're kidding right? I doubt he meant to say that he wants to lick your nuts. Don't buy too much into the Freudian stuff.

I am sure it was ment to be kick. The Freudian Theory is actually reversed. The children want to be with the parent of the opposite sex, and they hate the one that is the same sex. Freud never stated anything about the parents wanting anything with the children. Sorry to be blunt.

I think it was a Freudian slip, but they are not linguistically similar. /r/ and /l/ are linguistically similar, which is why they are mispronounced by Japanese (from Japan) because the Japanese language does not have that distinction in phonemes. I think it was more of a cognitive gaff; then you only hurt the ones you love, I am sure in a filial way.

uh...i think that i would make fun of him a lot, and quite possibly never let him live that down. but i dunno he probly just mispsoke. i doubt it was a froidian slip. cause usually, u dont change the sentence, its just going to be one word that will sum up what he REALLY thinks.
example (true) some chicks buying shoes and she thinks the dude behind the counter is hot and has been eyeing him and all that and then when she checks out she asks if she can pay with a sex. (instead of paying with a check)
