I have a dodge stratus 2000 that has a problem passing emission, any one with this kind of of car and problem?

Why won't it pass? What's it failing on? The testing facility should let you know what standard(s) it failed. Where I live, they even tell you what areas to have checked to try and fix the condition.

Maybe with more info, you'll get a more accurate answer.

the only time my stratus had a problem passing inspection was because it had a bad gas cap. cost me about 4 dollars try that. if not just get a tune up.

Get a tune up and the ESG valve changed should solve the problem
