i have made a dream website its on TQNYC its called Once apon a dream. If you are able to remember your dreams you might have the right surcomstances. For example you woke up in a REM cycle. Which is were the vivid dreams happen.

Sleeping goes into a pattern. For 1 or 2 hours into your sleep you are in non-dream sleep then for another 15 minutes or so you are in dream sleep and the pattern goes on all through your sleep. If you are woken up during a dream or right after your dream you'll probably not remember it. So it means you woken up a while after your dream. ;)

that it was probably a really scary or cool dream to you. there's also another scientific thing that there's 10 in your brain that simulate dreams and if you use 4 out of the 10, then you will remember your dream.

It could mean that are not sleeping as deeply as you once did. Or there might have been something in your dream that really stuck out in your mind.

when u don't rmember ur dreams then u were in the deepest state of sleep, this just means that ur not sleeping as deeply anymore.
