talking as half American,if one were to erupted in Birmingham this hole country would feel it and it would destroy more than you think besides that city,if you have ever felt an earth quake,it's six time more stronger,if an eruption were to happen.you will have a Mecca of people from there looking for refuge.right on your door step, would you denie the safe refuge. off your own?

That's a little harsh, Birmingham isn't that bad.
