It depends on what side of the house the room is. If it is on the south side it will stay hotter until the sun goes down. With the windows closed your just circulating the hot air around like in an oven. Open as many windows as you can. And you should cover them up with dark curtains if the sun is shining on that side of the house. Place some of the fans close to some of the windows to blow the air inside and place some of the fans on the opposite side of the room to blow the air outside. (like in the rooms adjacent to the room that your trying to cool down- x-----x) It will bring the temperature down some what; but not nearly as cool as what an A/C will do.

The room will NOT become any colder than it is. With fans you are just moving the air so that it will ONLY FEEL cooler.

Cold will not happen.

But if you go take a cool shower and walk into the room naked and wet with the fans running on high you should feel COLD.

Does Not compute, too many variables left unchecked.

12,12 room
usual ambient temperature?
Drawing in any cool air? and if so, what temperature is it?

Simply running fans will only move the air around the room.
move hot air, get hot air. move cold air get cold air..

Open a window and toss in a small ac window unit. chill it out and be happy.

That all depends on how hot the air is because you are just circulating the air that is in the room. You might feel cooler depending on how much of a breeze you create with the fans passing over your body. In that case you might feel cooler in about a minute.

fans recycle the air already in the room, they suck from the back and blow from the front, so if u have the windows closes and r blowing hot air and recycling it, i would have to guess about 12 hours and the room will still be warm.

a fan alone will not cool any room down, it will just increase the air flow, you must have air conditioning, for the room to be truly cold.
