i got both of mine 4 years ago & i got them 2 months apart from each other. i like the one on my back (japanese symbol for "endure") but i wish it was just a little thinner but i don't see it so what do i care. lol and my other tattoo goes across and down my lower hip bone..like the pelvic area (God that hurt like you wouldn't believe!! I don't recommend it!). It says "eternal life" in French (part of my background) & i love the lettering & it still looks gorgeous but after i had it done, i found out the 2 words should've been switched. so i get to feel like an a$$ that i've got something wrong etched on my body from now until eternity. only me...story of my life! haha

I have two and I don't regret getting them. What I regret is the tattoo artist I chose for my 2nd tattoo. I went by the word of someone, one person, and he did a great job on hers but completely messed up on mine. I'd like to get it covered up with something else.

It's been 2 years since I got my tattoo and half the time I forget it's there. I still love it though.

I still love all 4 of mine. I'm 36 now & got my first one when I was 19..I would NOT change any of them - they all have a very special meaning to me.

I still love them, I put them in places that I would not have to worry about my skin changing as I get older and I took a lot of time deciding on the design so that I wouldn't hate it as I got older

That's exactly what I thought when I was first thinking about if I would ever want a tattoo. I can just picture myself old and wrinkly with some stupid tattoo that doesn't even make any sense. That's why I will never get one.

I'm still cool with it. Had it for 6 years. As long as you don't get one with some guys/girls name, or put it somewhere visible then you shouldn't regret it. Or if it's just plain ugly then you might regret it.
