Ahh, I remember when I was 13. But why are paper routes, and babysitting out of the question? If you'd like to make money without any labor involved: Try these things -
1. Yard sale. Have one with your parents maybe and share the profit from your own things with them. 2. Start your own business! I know 13 years old is sorta young for this: But it can be any kind of activity involved with a donation of somesort. I started a Guitar hero 2 competition a month ago, and for people too play in it theyd have too pay me 5 dollars and the prize was 50 dollars for the winner. I ended having about 40 some people play. Figure that up, and that's some money right there. 3. Specific jobs that do not require a certain age limit CAN BE FOUND! You could try possibly working at a fast food joint, but cleaning would be the only thing you would be able to do there. Hope this helps.

well i babysat and started a little buisness with my friends making and selling spa products in our town when i was 13....now im old enough for a job...but babysitting is a good way to make money...save like 500 dollars and put it in the bank, and then continue adding like 20-40 $ a month
you will soon have a LOTT!! of money if you continue saving!

I think your closing yourself off to many choices, my 13 year old son mows lawns and one day he made himself 50 bucks.
there's realy not too much that you can do then....except maybe have a kool-aid stand.

babysitting has always been the best way for me. flexible hours, good pay, more fun than most jobs (beleive me, ive done other jobs!). i think you should give it another try. try babysitting kids you know first ie. cousins and asking for about 5$/hour. best of luck!

sometimes people will hire you under the table, even though it's illegal. Do you parents know anyone who might?
why is babysitting out?
I would suggest signing up for amazon associates but they've gotten cheap with paying their people
tutoring maybe?
