There really is no specific definition for "fine" in any glossary of psychological terms.

Since a psychologist is not a medical person, s/he should not use the term to mean "good health," although it's been my experience that many of them thing they are doctors. ;-)

From a psychological perspective, therefore, the correct definition would be "satisfactory, reasonable or adequate." However, if the person said you had a "fine mind" they would be inferring that you are "bright, brilliant, quick, clever or intelligent."

I have no clue how to spell it but "sain" means mentally okay... so does that help?
