I will probably be going with my family to a huge celebration that our city has. It has live music, lots of food and fun stuff for the kids and a great fire works show over the water. It should be lots of fun.

Make a three layer white cake. Leave one layer white and use food dye to dye the other two blue and red. Bake, ice with white frosting, {just on the top and in layers so the colors are still visible}
