It seems to me that those cars you see with all the flags, ribbons, and stickers are some of the most inconsiderate drivers on the road. Are they filled with their emotion? Are political affiliations causing them anxiety? Are more of these people on their "own wagon"? What's the deal here?

They are oblivious to reality.

So it follows suit that they are oblivious to other cars on the road.

The drivers in NY & NJ were morons LOOOOOOONG before that. Though you are more likely to be run off the road by some jerk in a Hummer with a flag & yellow ribbon in my neck of the woods, because they are yaking on their cell phones & not watching the road.

Simple answer.....everyone believes they are the only ones on the road and have no consideration for anyone else. Especially when you add a cell phone to the mix. Just try to ignore it and stay away from them so you don't get into an accident.

Goodness. When did the libs start plastering their cars with yellow flags, ribbons and stickers? Yeah, I see your point, for certain. Around here they drive like lunatics and don't even need those things. :)

I've not seen any difference between the suckass driving of the "impeach bush" crowd and the suckass driving of everyone else.

In fact, I think everybody else on the road is a suckass driver. I am the only good driver!

You just keep notice of those that cut you off and remember only the ones with the yellow ribbon.
It's like me saying that when I see people with the Kerry 04 bumper stickers I think they are the saddest looking people when they drive around town.

I don't think having ribbons on your car effects how you drive

Puleeze. They do not, at least, damage one's hearing with the noise coming from the car.

Liberals have road rage too. A good friend of mines is a liberal and she drives like a maniac.

sanctimonious, arrogant, pompous, self-centered, self-serving jackasses with a "feel good" magnetic atrocity stick on their vehicle.
