Yes they're supposed to flirt a tad bit per the spoilers, but someone else is supposed to be brought in as Neil's love interest. As far as age goes, her and Neil are around the same age I know for sure in real life. I don't know how old they are portraying her on set.

Yes and I hope they hit it off. Neil needs someone to help him get over Dru. Maybe Neil could become a dad for real this time. Remember neither of his other kids are biologically his.

I thought that Neil and Sharon were going to get together at one time. He needs somebody, but I been hearing Dru and Malcolm will come back. Who knows, but I do think him and Karen would make a cute couple!

Neil seems to be friendly to any young thing in a skirt.His brief relationship with Carmen is ultimately what got his wife killed.
I hope not,I would like to see Neil with someone his own age.
