I dont see this happening...gonna be stuck living with his parents...
within a year, need to fix your bf credit, and need to get credit to show that your quaify and paying your statament on time each month for the next 12-18 month before quailfying for good credit...

if not married yet, try to get a credit, then a year from now get a credit check...need to be up 720 points.
look for an apartment for a while, keep your leasing outstanding for a year, while living in a apartment, try to fix your bf credit...still

maybe 24-36 month, will be quailfy for a house mortgage.

He needs to get a job or you will be doing this alone. If your income is high enough you might be able to do it. Since you aren't married they don't even need to know you have a boyfriend. This may take you more than 4 months so start trying to build a credit history, save your money for a down payment and maybe go rent a little apartment if you don't want to live with his family. Staying put for another year or two might mean more help with daycare and less rent so be a big help. Look for programs that might help with living cost so you can save more for your little family. WIC might give you free food and EITC might give you money you can get with each paycheck.
Good luck with the baby, marriage and home.

Your best option since he has bad credit it to:
Start cleaning up your credit. You could look for a house on land contract. Owner selling. This usually gives you enough time to clean up your credit (usually about 2 years) Then hopefully you can get a loan. Another option is get a co-signer. Your parents if they are willing. Good Luck

With the only credit between you being bad and no way to document his income I doubt very mcuh that you can get financing that is not at a very high rate and that wouldn't require a large down payment.

Be very, very careful. There are lots of scammers and spammers in here who will try to convince you otherwise and take your money.
