Difficult to have only 1 favorite song of the Beatles.
I have my own classification of Beatles' songs:
Modern Rock : Come Together / Revolution / I've got a Feeling
Love Song : In my life / Michelle / Something
Acid : Strawberry Fields / Lucy in the Sky w/ Diamonds
Anthem : All you need is love/ Let it Be / A Day in a Life

Actually the Beatles did do country , way back in the early 60's they did a cover of act naturally , i think ringo did the lead vocal.

Hard to pick just one song, but "Yesterday" would be quite near the top of my list as it was this song that got me interested in The Beatles' music. But I also love many other songs of theirs.
