on any given day I usually carry at least 6 stolen credit cards, a bottle of homemade liquor, a few ounces of Mary Jane, and a handful of Canadian prescription drugs. If they decided to pat me down they would find an unregistered handgun strapped to my ankle and a couple of bootleg dvds taped to my ribs. I also keep a small pouch of H under my tongue in case of emergencies. I would probably get off though because I have a lot of cash on hand at all times and a fake identity.

well first of all a police officer needs some kind of warrant and yes you could get in trouble if you have illegal things in your pocket. As for your parents well if you are under 18 they are in control. If your boss asks you to empty your pocket you might have to on work property, but I would simply say NO.

If you are under 18 and on school property, yes. You can be suspended, expelled, and possibly prosecuted.

If you are at home and it is your parents, yes.

If you are at work and it's your boss, you can be fired but probably not prosecuted.
