anyways do you think these people should be rewarded equally for their hard work?

Jade: She is a young woman from a big city who is a successful businesswoman working for a public relations company and she is a wealthy businesswoman, she owns a condo overlooking a huge lake and she owns lots of nice clothes, gets to go on nice vacations, owns lots of nice furniture, owns a nice sporty car w/leather interior and she gets to attend to alot of rock concerts.

Darian: He is a young man from a small town who is an employee at a department store and he has been at his job for 8 years and he only makes $8.50 an hour, he is one of the most dependable employees Shopko has ever had and he is very kind and helpful towards his customers and his co-workers and he gets along well with everybody, plus he has a learning disability, he doesn't have a car and he still lives at home with his parents.

Darian has never gone to college and he was in special education back in high school

No, I do not believe that they should be rewarded equally (if your question is asked from a professional aspect). Jade's job is far more demanding. Managers, executives, and professionals are paid more than the workers for a reason. The paperwork, schedules, etc. do not come easy, that's why not everyone makes it. I would be Darian with Jade's brain power so I am not biased against either. I came from dirt as did my wife and we are far closer to Jade then Darian as far as money is concerned.

Not really cause Jade has worked really hard to get where she's at and she knows what it takes to get where she's at, Darian on the other hand doesn't seem to know which direction to go and that is why he is still stuck in the bottom making the money that he is.

As for Darian I think that he should start focusing on the rewards that are stored for him up in Heaven and not focus on the rewards that Jade gets for her hard work, at least in Heaven God will reward both Jade and Darian equally.

Fortunately for Darian he is able to get a good career job without having to go to college due to his hard work at Shopko.

The one who can do the best job for the company should get paid the most. If a job requires special skills or education it will pay more than one that doesn't.
The fact that one lives with parents or owns a condo has no effect on their worth to the employer.
A successful business person is worth more than a great clerk.

The reward should coincide with the revenue they generate for the company.

There's probably no logical answer to that.

How do you mean? Should they earn the same pay? No -- Jane contributes more.
