I want to learn as a second foreign language.
I will be in copenhagen for 6 months and want to learn german as a second foreign language.

How about learning a little geography first!
Copenhagen is in Denmark, so I would suggest Danish would be a far better choice as a second language, especially if you are going to be there for 6 months.
Sorry, can't help with course costs.
If you are going there to work and you have a friend or a relative there, best idea is to listen and learn from them. After all that's how you learned your native tongue.

why not go to a german city then :S we speak danish in Copenhagen..
