DALLAS to TOKYO 13 hours,then wait for 2 hours then board for SAIGON 5 hours.That what i was my flight always,there are a lot of difference to fly to VIETNAM but i prefer stop by narita airport,tokyo,JAPAN!

you could go from pittsburgh to chicago, lax, or seattle, then to tokyo, hong kong, taipei, or singapore and then to saigon. or you could fly from pittsburgh to the west coast, where you could take a direct route to saigon.

from the east coast you have two good choices: if you want to "break up your trip" take the eastern route where you will fly 7hrs to germany stop, then fly 7hrs to singapore stop the 7 more hrs to sai gon... or you can go west to japan or korea non stop 14hrs then 6-7 more hrs to sai gon or ha noi... its all good...
