Bush would not have cared how many Americans lives it took... he still doesn't.

Everyone other than the United States is just window dressing. Cheney/Bush would have attacked Iraq regardless.

They had their minds made up and as you can tell they don't care what anyone else thinks.

They created their own laws. Cheney is now declaring he is not part of the executive branch.

Maybe Cheney will claim he is supreme CZAR when bush's term is over and rule over the United States,

seems like he is heading towards that goal.
