your videocard memory is low. to gain extra temporary system memory go to start menu.
right click my computer
click properties
go to advanced tab and click settisngs under performance
click the advanced tab and change virtual memory by 1000mb

that should help you out. If not you need to upgrade your video card

lots of stuff connected to your home network eats up bandwidth which is critical in streaming videos and even with super fast connections you will expereince the buffering. The server from which you are streaming the video from probably has thousands upon thousands of users constantly downloading video and it also uses up bandwidth There is nothing wrong with your PC, you might try unplugging some of the other objects on your network but is getting the entire video a few seconds faster that big of a deal is what you have to ask yourself...

It could be that all of the devices on your network are taking up all of your Internet bandwidth (especially if they are running P2P programs like LimeWire and whatnot). It could also be that the site you are watching the videos on is bogged down and everyone can only download from it that fast.

Perhaps the content you are watching has a high bitrate and large file size. Basically your computer is downloading enough for your media player to buffer enough for you to play while its still downloading the rest of the file.
