why is it that guys can't be in a realationship with a girl without sex and still be cool with no sex .... especially if they are not married to them. and then when they are told from the get go that your not for sex they still think they are going to change your mind and then get mad when they find out the didn't change your mind and then they get mad at you because"your always turning them on but you don't deliever" but all you do is kiss them and not a passonate kiss just a plain kiss ?

Because guys are physical creatures. Women deal with emotions in a relationship while men have the need to be physical that's how nature created us. If you look at the animal kindom you have a dominant sex which is usually the male, with a few exceptions of course. If a woman says no to sex from the get go in a guys mind its ok I will deal with it but maybe down the road she will give in. That's one of the downsides to carrying around a penis all the time.

Guys can be in a relationship with a girl without sex and still be cool with that. That would only apply if the girl is his mum or sister or some other very close relative.
Other then that the guy wants sex why else would he talk to you.

There are exceptions to this, but they are rare. I'd be with my sweetie without sex because I can "take care of that" myself... if you know what I mean! If someone truly loves you they will want what you want - even if that means they ask you to leave. Then its time to move on.
