Man, I was so thanksful that this story made headlines. It is about time that a judge punishes someone for making a friveles lawsuit. Did you hear he has to pay back the court fees for the Dry cleaners owner. I love this story.

Actually he was (or at least was) some type of administrative law judge...that makes it even worse. Fortunately, the court finally threw out the case. The trial judge will also hear a motion to possibly force the guy who brought the lawsuit to pay the attorney's fees for the dry cleaner defendants. This is one of the most ridiculous lawsuits I've ever seen.
